ACH - File Upload
WCC provides merchants the ability to send ACH files in several formats, FTP, CSV, or NACHA format to the Federal Reserve via batch uploads. The merchant is notified of file acceptance and can view the file on WebCheckExpress.com through settlement.
ACH - Web Checks
Utilizing the API software provided by WCC, the client can install a web check on their website, allowing his customers to enter their checking information directly into the client’s site to purchase goods and services on the internet.
ACH - Recurring
The merchant has the ability to set up credits or debits for their customers at regular intervals utilizing the recurring function on WebCheckExpress.com. Recurring transactions run automatically on daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, annually, etc with no extra effort required by the merchant.
ACH - POP
With a Magtek or Canon check imager at the point-of-sale the merchant can convert his customer’s paper checks to an electronic transaction to debit via the ACH network and the Federal Reserve while returning the physical check to the customer.
ACH - ARC
Conversion of the customer’s paper checks can be performs using an imager and the Western Clearing API software for checks received in the mail.
ACH - BOC
Back office conversion allows the client to convert paper checks received during the day to electronic transactions to be sent over the ACH network.
ACH - RCK
An efficient system to recover bounced checks can be an efficient way to improve a company’s bottom line. In instances where the bounced or Insufficient Funds (NSF) check is held by the merchant, a recovery rate of 15% or more is possible and participation in the NSF fees a reality.
