The WebCheckExpress gateway is Check 21 compliant and allows the merchant simple, easy access to this money savings form of electronics funds transfers. Using check imagers and Western Clearing’s software, the merchant can accept all forms of paper payments, for example, personal checks, corporate checks, money orders, or cashiers checks. Funds are available within 48 hours and full reporting is provided. The simplicity of WebCheckExpress is its best attribute since a PC with an internet connection, the WCC API program, and either a Canon or a Magtek check imager is all that is required.
